Nellie Muthoni Wainaina is the Founder and Managing Partner of Muthoni Wainaina & Company Advocates. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Nairobi and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the Institute of Human Resource Management and the Institute of Professional Mediators and Arbitrators (Kenya). She is also an accredited arbitrator and qualified Company Secretary. Her practice covers pension law, litigation, insurance, employment and labour law, alternative dispute resolution, succession and general legal practice.
